I simply adore spicy foods, so when I saw a recipe for a spicy shrimp pasta, you can bet your boots I was going to try it.
This was the first time I didn’t look up the ingredients until I got to the grocery store, and when I started looking them up, I was puzzled to say the least.
The recipe calls for brown sugar, which I’ve never used when making spicy foods; however I was already determined to make the recipe and I’m SO glad I did.
This recipe has a warmth to it I can’t really explain. The soy sauce against the brown sugar is heavenly. I would make this recipe again in a heart beat! Not only is it a very easy recipe, but it makes a large quantity.
